ITAS has recently certified itself as SAP Customer Competence Center (CCC) supporting Shin Group of Companies on June 7, 2002.
 Being the implementation, operation and maintenance service provider for Intouch for the past three years, ITAS launched the CCC program in March of 2001. Successful CCC implementation will ensure that customers in Shin Group will get the best return on their investment since SAP R/3 can be utilized as effectively and beneficially as possible. 
 CCC s emphasis was on supporting center, problem and change management, enhancement of SAP via development request and new function implementation as well as internal marketing and contract administration.
